SHIPPING POLICY
At the present time we offer Store Pick Up Only. We will be offering Canada wide shipping. We are in the process of researching shipping carriers to help lower shipping costs and hope to update the website very soon. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Any returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us at cedarcreekmuskoka@gmail.com. If purchased online we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues: For shipped items, if the exterior of the package is damaged please do not accept and discuss with delivery company before accepting the package. If there is no exterior damage but there is an issue with your product please call us immediately and we will do all we can to make things right for you.
Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We have a "NO" return policy for in-store shopping during this time. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as artisan products, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
