WEBSITE QUESTIONS
1) DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA?
No - Unfortunately we do not ship to America at this time.
2) DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No - Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
3) WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

4) CAN I ORDER PLANTS ON THE WEBSITE?
No - We do not ship live goods, they are only available at our brick and mortar store location in Dwight ON Canada.
BRICK AND MORTAR STORE QUESTIONS
1) ARE YOU CLOSED IN THE WINTER?
Yes - We are closed from January reopening in April. We are a seasonal shop located in Dwight, Ontario. We are happy to open by appointments and meet you for website pickup.
2) DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT BASKETS?
Yes - We can put together a beautiful basket for your gift giving needs. You can pick items from the shop for us to put together as well as bring in items to add to the basket like a bottle of wine etc.
3) HOW DO I BECOME AN ARTISAN IN YOUR SHOP?
If you are local to our shop and are interested in a consignment opportunity please contact us by email. Include your info & a description of your products along with photos. We do not sell an artists product online due to shipping and returns.
GARDENING & GREENHOUSE QUESTIONS
1) DO YOU OFFER GARDENING MAINTENANCE?
Yes - We do regular maintenance, spring/fall cleanup and grass cutting in the Lake of Bays Muskoka area only. We are nearly fully booked for the 2025 spring season so call early to be sure to get on our regular schedule.
2) DO YOU DO CUSTOMER CONTAINERS?
Yes! You can drop off your empty containers April or early may and we will fill them for you as per your requested annuals. We can also use our containers and custom design something for you.
3) WHEN DOES THE GREENHOUSE OPEN?
The greenhouse open in May when our annual flowers arrive. Usually the first week just in time for Mothers Day.
